Right in my own back yard, a truly innovative pumpkin drink by Jamie Boudreau of Cannon Seattle. And the beer-based pumpkin liqueur sounds fascinating. Can't wait to give this a try.

Got to finally make this pumpkin beer liqueur and make the Pumpkin King cocktail -- it was terrific! Very complex flavors, loved it. I prefer it with a little less lime and a little more of the pumpkin beer liqueur. I also couldn't find the Bitter Truth bitters, but found something that sounds similar called, Bittermens Elemakule Tiki bitters. Described as a tropical blend of cinnamon, allspice and island spices. Intoxicating smell! But smells more like Halloween than the islands to me. I'm going to give these bitters a try in the pumpkin martinis.
